We are the ones who give the satellite its physical form — literally.
The Design Department takes care of the mechanical and structural design,
working on size, shape, and materials to ensure the satellite is lightweight,
strong, and ready for space.
We handle:
- Designing the structure of the satellite and its components
- Selecting materials suited for the space environment
- Optimizing weight, strength, and spatial constraints
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate electronics, sensors, and payloads
- Creating 3D models and technical drawings for prototypes

In Astreo I’m able to explore a different and innovative perspective of materials application, applying specific and innovative techniques for the design and structural analysis.
