The Outreach Department is responsible for communication and public engagement,
telling the story of our projects and making space accessible to everyone.
We handle:
- Managing Astreo’s social media and website
- Organizing events, conferences, and educational activities
- Creating accessible content to showcase our work
- Building partnerships with media, companies, and institutions
- Collaborating with other departments to share their projects clearly and engagingly

Hi! I’m Francesco, and I study Physics at the University of Trieste.
As the head of outreach at Astreo, I’m passionate about making space science and engineering accessible to everyone. I believe that engaging the public—especially students and young people—is key to building a more inclusive and curious future for the aerospace sector. Through events, talks, and creative communication, I work to share the story of our satellite and the incredible teamwork behind it.
